When Worlds Collide (Bison Frontiers of Imagination)

When Worlds Collide (Bison Frontiers of Imagination) - 'Philip Wylie', 'Edwin Balmer' This book moved me all over the realm of ratings but I ended up at a four because it intrigued me and kept me reading. As far as the science went, it was way outdated. This was at the beginning of nuclear science and the author was fairly cavalier about atomic energy and space flight. Also, It was very elitist. He seemed to imply that only scientist were worth saying and women were for breeding purposes.

On the other hand, he wrote about the decay of civilization, the effect of gravity on the volcanic ring and continental plates that kept me riveted. Overall, this was a book worth reading.
